Cooking classes at l’Oustau de Baumanière

During an unforgettable culinary moment, experience an immersion in the kitchens of a gastronomic restaurant and acquire the know-how of Glenn Viel, the chef at l’Oustau de Baumanière, 3 Michelin stars.

They reveal to you their cooking secrets during the preparation of seasonal recipes in which flavours and originality all come together.

At the end of the class, a lunch will be served to let you enjoy your creations.

Cooking class: from 9am to 12am followed by a lunch.

Saturday April 18: Around Spring vegetables and French toast

Saturday May 09: Around the basic sauces and Crêpes

Saturday June 13: Around the Mediterranean (Bouillabaisse) and Sweet Pies
